Call for Papers

Please read through this entire template before you start using it to create your paper! This will save you and the Technical Program Committee considerable time, and improve your chances for acceptance.

A contributor should remember that:

Any additional information contributor considers of interest for the evaluation can be attached (draft of the presentation, more detailed information…)

A short video (3-5 minutes) presenting yourself, your paper, its novelty and the relevance for the conference will be much welcome and valued! Please note that video is highly recommended if you have never participated in our conferences.

Please, take into account that the first evaluation will be done through this template, so try to transmit the main idea of your paper and the contents as clear as possible. Please be also aware that presentation with practical approach will have priority.

Please identify at least three items that attendees will learn.

In this section, describe your paper in more details (up to 1500 words). Please consider the following ideas: Describe the methodology, tools, process, implementation of the approach, obstacles in terms of testing or implementation, etc. Describe the ideas you want to convey. Describe results (if relevant): benefits, impact, advantages/disadvantages, bottlenecks, lessons learnt, key success factors, recommendations, perspectives, sustainability, requirements for transferability materials, tools, publications available, etc. *Information exceeding 1500 words should be sent in a different file
