José Meseguer is an experience ICS/OT Cybersecurity Leader and an ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert with a strong track record in industrial projects within the energy, petrochemical, oil&gas, and railway sectors. With a deep understanding of cybersecurity standars (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, NIS2, …), he brings extensive experience in ensuring high-level security and safety in critical infrastructure environments.
Having held key roles in multinational projects for major corporations such as Schneider Electric, CAF Signalling, Técnicas Reunidas and others, his contributions span across various phases of projects, from pre-sales to commissioning, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
With a background as a Senior Project Engineer and Lead Specialist in Telecom & Security Systems for EPC projects, his recent role as an Industrial Cybersecurity Leader at Schneider Electric further solidifies his position in the field, where he continues to drive OT cybersecurity initiatives and support projects across the Europe Region.
