Towards functional safety with security in context and AI systems – from IEC/ISO perspective
The presentation will be about what safety vs security is about and their aspects to each other, and its importance towards functional safety and AI systems. Ensure vs. assure safety will be described and discussed. It will include holistic scope of the domains; Risk Management, Security Management and Safety Management and there interactions – and challenges – to understand each other, towards functional safety with security in context and AI systems. Different applications how functional safety is positioned within the safety domain and security aspects related to functional safety will be presented. The different applications will be about; discrete industry machinery, process industry, road vehicles, household equipment – with IEC/ISO perspective.
